Ross Fronk graduated from Cumberland Valley High School in 1998. After a year at Lynchburg College in Virginia, he transferred to Millersville University. Fronk was a pitcher for the Millersville Marauders from 2000-2003. He stayed on as a grad assistant pitching coach for the 2003-2004 season.
Chris grew up in Mount Joy, Pa. He attended Donegal High School where he played baseball and basketball. After graduation Chris enrolled at Messiah College where he pursued a degree in Elementary Education. He played three years as an outfielder on Messiah's baseball team where he set numerous batting records. Following his junior year, Chris was drafted by the Cincinnati Reds in the 17th round of the 2006 MLB Draft. After almost 4 years in the minor leagues, playing in numerous different cities, he was called up to the Major Leagues. Chris made his Major League debut on May 3, 2010. Over the next 8 seasons he played for the Reds, Los Angeles Dodgers, and Washington Nationals. Chris was primarily a utility outfielder during his Major League career. One of his biggest achievements was hitting 3 home runs in a game against the New York Yankees. Chris enjoys sharing his knowledge of baseball with children.
Chris is married to his college sweetheart Lisa. They live in the Northern York school district and have 3 sons, Caden, Colton, and Carson.
